The Municipal Building Meeting Hall is available for rent. The Hall easily seats 60 people upstairs and 60 people downstairs. Full kitchen facilities are available. The rental rate is based on the number of persons using the facilities. $75 plus security deposit for less than 50 persons and $125 plus security for more than 50 persons. Residents receive a $25 reduction in rental.
Tables and chairs are also available for rent. Tables are $3.00 each and chairs are $3.00 per dozen.
